Juniors must be a minimum age of 14 and maintain passing grades in school.  They are not allowed to enter active structure fires, but are allowed to fight brush and wildland fires.  They are also a great asset on the fire ground by relaying and retrieving equipment, providing safety observations, changing SCBA bottles, etc.

Once they are 18 years old they are invited to join the regular firefighter ranks.  Daniel Hervey is our most recent junior to become a regular firefighter.
